About Christy Crystal Care

Care with purpose, built around people.

We are developing a community-focused domiciliary care service for adults in Hackney and nearby East London neighbourhoods.

CQC application in progress

Personal Care is subject to CQC approval. We are applying for registration and will provide regulated Personal Care only after approval has been granted.

Our purpose

To help people feel safe, respected and fully themselves at home.

Christy Crystal Care was founded around a simple belief: support should fit around a person’s life, not force their life around a service.

We are building our approach around attentive listening, reliable local delivery, thoughtful matching, culturally responsive care and clear communication. Every decision should protect dignity while helping people retain choice, confidence and meaningful connection.

What matters to us

Values you should be able to see in practice.

01

Dignity

We protect privacy, speak respectfully and never reduce a person to a task or diagnosis.

02

Choice

We explain options clearly and support informed decisions, preferences and consent.

03

Independence

We encourage strengths and participation instead of automatically taking over.

04

Inclusion

Culture, faith, identity, language and communication needs are part of good care.

05

Safety

Assessment, safeguarding, training, reporting and learning underpin every future service.

06

Accountability

We welcome feedback, explain decisions and act when something needs to improve.

Quality in practice

Warm relationships supported by sound systems.

Compassion matters most when it is consistent, well-led and safe.

People

Safer recruitment

Appropriate checks, references and values-based selection before staff support people.

Skills

Training and competence

Role-specific learning, observation and support before tasks are undertaken independently.

Plans

Care planning and review

Clear outcomes, risks, preferences and responsibilities kept under review with the person.

Learning

Listening and learning

Compliments, concerns, incidents and complaints are used to improve the service.

Our approach

The THRIVING Framework.

Tailored Support · Holistic Wellbeing · Respect & Dignity · Independence · Voice & Choice · Integrated Support · Nurturing Relationships · Goals & Growth

This framework translates our values into everyday questions: What matters to you? What can you do for yourself? Who should be involved? What helps you feel safe, connected and in control? What outcome are we working towards together?
